The Third Power of Interoperability is for partners that have achieved the highest level of interoperability on the Elysium network. Solutions in this category have partnered with Axolotl to provide complete data interoperability between their system and the Elysium Exchange HIE. Additionally, these partners may have achieved application interoperability by utilizing Axolotl's Elysium Open Access, a standards-based SOA platform for API use via web services.

Interoperability Squared is the second highest level of interoperability, demonstrating a commitment to bi-directional exchange of data with an Elysium Exchange HIE. Ambulatory care EMR partners in this category bi-directionally exchange discrete clinical data on Elysium Exchange in HL7, CCR and/or CCD formats at moderate or no additional integration costs to the physician practice.

Interoperability to the 1st power includes a list of EMRs that physician practices will seamlessly receive patient demographic and clinical data from the Elysium Exchange HIE they are connected to. EMRs in this listing are already interfaced and actively exchanging data in an Elysium Exchange network.
