  Elysium Exchange Framework includes all the technology needed for health information exchange (HIE) including identity management, interoperability, consumer preferences, clinical results delivery, aggregation services, security and more.

  • Elysium Patient Index (MPI) uses sophisticated Patient Identity and Record Locator Services (RLS) to find patient-related data across multiple sources in a federated HIE architecture. Reliable patient identification provides users with the ability to retrieve a patient's complete electronic health record from across the continuity of care, even when the record is scattered throughout the community and beyond regional boundaries.   • Elysium Personal Health Record (PHR) Gateway interfaces with standards-based PHRs. Communication and exchange with the patient is streamlined and in many cases, automated. Patients may receive clinical information into their PHR tool of choice for personal health record management. Patients may also communicate with the exchange by submitting data such as results from home health care devices, self-reported clinical information, results from other communities, advanced directives, and more.
  • Elysium Public Health Gateway facilitates timely, standards-based, bi-directional communication between providers and local, state, and national departments of health. Affiliated departments of health have the ability to create customized query subscriptions to the HIE to run on a specified schedule, or ad-hoc as needed with customized parameters that will monitor the data from the HIE without requiring any action from providers, resulting in immeasurable time saved. All data is returned to the public health department in specified message formats, satisfying query parameters.
  • Elysium Immunization Gateway facilitates the transfer and exchange of immunization data between Elysium Exchange and state Immunization Information Systems (ISS). Batch files are created from the immunization data in Elysium and sent at configurable intervals through the Immunization Gateway to the respective state IIS system.
  • Elysium Order Gateway provides interoperability between EMRs and Supplier Systems, solving the complexities of integrated ordering throughout an HIE- communicating complete, accurate, legible information to the supplier, then letting the physician know that orders have been fulfilled.

  Elysium EdgeServices connect organization’s interfaced health information systems to the Elysium Exchange Framework. EdgeServices maximize IT infrastructure investments by protecting facility systems from HIE queries, while maintaining the entity as the custodian of its data. Using messages from HIE participant data sources, EdgeServices provide a single gateway to the entire exchange, avoiding the need for expensive and time-intensive point-to-point connections to physicians.
