Axolotl's service includes HIM automation tools that allow management to easily reconcile invoices by viewing report line count and cost in real time! Individual physician usage can be monitored by number of reports, lines transcribed, and cost per report. Aggregate statistics of all reports delivered during specified time intervals can be viewed on-line. Axolotl provides performance reports to enable management to analyze turnaround time by day or month, and by physician.
